李雨晴

苏州大学功能纳米与软物质研究院(funsom)副教授,硕士生导师。硕士毕业于中南大学化学化工学院,2021年博士毕业于加拿大滑铁卢大学化学系(university of waterloo)2022年起在苏州大学funsom从事博士后研究,随后入职funsom任副教授。

研究方向及成果:

近年来主要聚焦靶向蛋白降解领域,致力于针对传统药物难以靶向或疗效不佳的致病蛋白进行活性调控。基于化学生物学、分子工程等多学科方法,利用功能核酸、融合蛋白等分子工具,通过理性设计和定向进化等手段,实现高选择性、高安全性的致病蛋白降解。此外,还致力于开发基于功能核酸的诊疗新策略。目前以第一作者和共同通讯作者在j. am. chem. soc., chem, angew. chem. int. ed., acs central science, chemical science等国际权威学术期刊发表论文18篇。在学术期刊frontiers in chemistry担任review editor(in section of analytical chemistry)和guest associate editor(in section of medical and pharmaceutical chemistry)。
