single-molecule electronic devices utilize single molecules or single molecular films as conductive channels, providing a new strategy to solve the miniaturization and functional bottlenecks faced by traditional semiconductor electronic devices. the quantum impurity model provides an ideal platform for deeply understanding the quantum transport and quantum phase transitions of molecular devices. in this report, we will explore the quantum transport and strong correlation effects in multi-orbital molecular devices using the quantum impurity model, including the following main contents: novel long-range super-exchange interactions in such devices, quantum transport in such devices, and the yu-shiba-rusinov bound states in hybrid superconducting-magnetic molecular systems.
个人简介 :
yong-chen xiong, male, ph.d., professor, doctoral supervisor. he obtained his bachelor degree in 2006 and doctor's degree in 2012 from wuhan university. he was a visiting scholar at the national university of singapore in 2017 and at the institute of solid state physics, cas in 2019. he is currently the deputy director of the science and technology development research institute of hubei university of automotive technology, the director of the shiyan key laboratory of quantum information and precision optics, the leader of the micro-nano structure and quantum device innovation team, a reviewer for sci journals such as prl, prb, ami, and pccp, and a communication review expert for the national natural science foundation of china. he mainly engages in theoretical research in quantum electronics and quantum magnetism, as well as in the development of new automotive power electronic materials and devices. he has led more than 10 research projects funded by the national natural science foundation of china, the hubei natural science foundation, and provincial research platform open funds. he has published more than 70 sci papers in international well-known journals such as phys. rev. b/a, photonics res., chem. eng. j., appl. surf. sci., j. chem. phys., phys. chem. chem. phys.
