2013年获苏州大学材料科学与工程专业学士学位；2017年获苏州大学材料科学与工程专业博士学位；2017年至2018年在美国北卡罗来纳大学教堂山分校（unc）从事博士后研究工作；2018年至2019年在美国加州大学洛杉矶分校（ucla）从事博士后研究工作。2019年加入苏州大学功能纳米与软物质研究院，被聘为教授、博士生导师。

主要成果和贡献
近年来在生物医学材料领域从事研究，发展了一系列基于生物材料的新型多功能纳米粒子，并探索了其在成像、光学治疗、免疫治疗及联合治疗等方面的应用；发展了多种新型生物微环境响应的生物载体材料，研究了其对肿瘤微环境及免疫微环境的调控，并进一步探索了其对包括免疫治疗在内的不同治疗策略的增效；设计构建了多种新型的局部给药系统，研究了其在癌症、炎症、糖尿病、眼科疾病等领域的应用。
共发表学术论文100余篇，论文总引用超过20,000次，sci h-index =70。2019-2023年多次入选美国美国科睿唯安（原汤森路透集团）公布的“全球高被引科学家名单”（highly cited researchers）。获得基金原创探索项目及延续性资助、基金委重大研发计划培养项目、科技部重点研发计划青年项目、江苏省杰青等项目资助。入选教育部青年长江学者（2021）、mit tr35（2021）、biomaterials diversity award for young investigator（2021）、纳米化学新锐奖（2023）等。
