巢宇
副教授,硕士生导师
2015年获苏州大学生物功能材料专业学士学位;2020年获苏州大学化学专业博士学位;2020年至2023年在苏州大学从事博士后研究工作。2023年加入苏州大学功能纳米与软物质研究院,被聘为副教授。
主要成果和技术贡献:
近年来在纳米生物材料和肿瘤免疫疗法领域从事研究,开发了一系列以天然高分子材料为基础的药物递送体系,较为系统地探索了基于生物材料的局部肿瘤治疗及其介导的肿瘤免疫治疗新策略。此外,在天然高分子水凝胶载体的构建、小分子或大分子药物的装载和释放、肿瘤微环境调控以及生物材料增效免疫检查点阻断疗法等相关方面的研究中开展了一系列较为系统的工作,取得了具有一定国际影响力的研究成果。相关技术的临床转化工作正在稳步推进中,并已完成首例临床人体给药
在国际学术期刊共发表 sci 论文70 篇,其中,以第一作者(或共同一作)在 nature reviews bioengineering、nature biomedical engineering、science advances、advanced functional materials、nano letters、acs nano、biomaterials、small 等国际知名学术期刊上发表论文 10 篇。多篇文章被高频引用并得到了国家自然基金委和相关学术媒体的广泛报道。论文总引用超过7000 次,h 因子 44。申请发明专利 5 项,全部实现转让。
