研究领域:

主要成果和技术贡献:

近年来从材料科学领域出发,结合多学科交叉研究的优势,在纳米生物医学等领域从事科学研究,构建了多种生物活性功能材料。利用其独特的光、电、磁、声、催化等性质,发展了可快速代谢的材料用于肿瘤高效治疗;探索了生物材料降解的活性产物(金属离子、气体)在肿瘤微环境调控和金属离子增效免疫治疗的独特效应及相关机制;提出了生物活性材料增效介入栓塞治疗的概念并用于初步临床应用研究。

2009年起在国际学术期刊共发表学术论文280篇,论文sci总他引超过32,000次,sci “h-index”95。近五年发表通讯作者论文140篇,发表于nat. commun.chemmattersci. advj. am. chem. soc.angew. chem. int. ed.adv. mater.natl. sci. rev.mater. todaysci. bull.adv. funct. mater.acs nano等材料、化学领域权威期刊,32篇论文被选为“esi高被引论文2017-2024连续8年入选美国科睿唯安公布的全球高被引科学家名单(材料)和2017-2023连续7年入选爱思唯尔发布的中国高被引学者(材料)。担任纳米生物领域国际知名期刊《journal of nanobiotechnology》副主编(q1if=10.6)。获得国家自然科学基金区域发展联合基金重点项目、面上项目、江苏省自然科学杰青、江苏省优秀青年基金等项目资助。并入选教育部青年长江学者、苏州大学仲英学者、苏州大学东吴学者、江苏省333人才工程。
