在教书育人方面,为本科生讲授《fundamental of physics》(双语课)、《发光二极管与太阳能电池技术》(江苏省一流本科课程),承担苏州大学高等教育教改研究课题和苏州大学拔尖创新人才培养等教改项目,获苏州大学本科教学成果奖二等奖等。培养的本科生完成国家级大创等科创项目20余项,获得江苏省高校大学生物理与实验创新竞赛一等奖/二等奖、国家励志奖学金、江苏省三好学生、“莙政学者”、“周氏优秀学生奖学金”等多人次,多名本科生以第一作者在adv. funct. mater.、sci. china mater.、appl. phys. lett.等期刊发表sci论文10余篇,多人次获得江苏省/苏州大学本科/硕士/博士优秀学位论文、国家奖学金等。
研究领域:
主要围绕钙钛矿半导体光电器件与物理,开展有钙钛矿太阳能电池(pv)和发光二极管(led)的研究工作,主要包括:(1)钙钛矿半导体器件:钙钛矿薄膜的低成本成膜工艺、晶化动力学调控,以及高性能钙钛矿pv和led的器件工艺与制备;(2)钙钛矿半导体物理:钙钛矿半导体材料与器件的基础物性分析、界面物理、载流子输运过程以及缺陷机制与钝化策略研究。
主要成果和技术贡献:
近年来围绕钙钛矿太阳能电池(pv)和发光二极管(led)的表界面调控和器件物理开展了创新性研究工作。在钙钛矿薄膜的晶化控制、缺陷机制与钝化,以及高性能器件的应用制备方面取得了一系列创新性研究成果。以第一作者/通讯作者在science(1篇)、natl. sci. rev.(1篇) 、sci. bulletin (3篇) 、escience (2篇) 、joule (1篇) 、matter (1篇) 、adv. mater.(15篇)、j. am. chem. soc.(4篇)、angew. chem.(8篇)、adv. energy mater.(13篇)、adv. funct. mater.(13篇)、nano lett.(2篇)、acs nano(3篇)、nano energy(5篇)、small(5篇)、appl. phys. lett.(26篇)等发表论文150余篇,参与发表science论文2篇,论文被引用1.5万余次,h-index = 65 (google scholar)。已获授权发明专利37项,技术转让1项。主持和参与国家自然科学基金青年/面上/集成项目、江苏省自然基金青年/优秀青年项目、国家重点专项基金等20余项。
