高旭  教授

2011年获南京大学物理学博士学位;

2013年至2014年在日本国立材料科学研究所从事博士后研究工作;

2011年加入功能纳米与软物质研究院(funsom)和纳米科学技术学院(cnst)

 

学术经历:

20069月至20116月于南京大学物理系硕博连读,主要从事基于氧化物材料的忆阻器研究,荣获amd奖学金和南京大学研究生优秀奖学金以及南京大学优秀毕业研究生称号。博士毕业后于20118月加入苏州大学功能纳米与软物质研究院,主要从事有机半导体新型光电器件的研究工作,作为项目负责人承担国家自然科学基金、教育部博士点基金、江苏省自然科学基金各一项,期间于201309月至201408月在日本国立材料科学研究所从事氧化物薄膜场效应晶体管的研究,2019年入选江苏省双创计划。到目前为止,已发表sci论文70余篇,被引用1700余次,h因子为24。担任国家自然科学基金函评专家和advanced materials, advanced functional materials, applied physics letters, ieee transactions on electron devices等学术期刊的审稿人。

 

研究领域

围绕有机半导体新型光电器件(如下图所示),探索其物理机制、性能提升方案以及在神经形态器件与系统、健康监护、环境监测等领域中的应用。

本人从事新型有机半导体器件的器件物理和应用研究工作,招收具有物理、材料、电子背景的硕士生,欢迎对该研究内容感兴趣的同学来咨询和交流。
