教研经历和成果：
担任本科生《高分子材料与工程专业英语》（双语教学）、《高分子物理》、《高分子化学实验》、《化学导学》等课程的任课老师。指导本科生毕业论文50人次。指导校级大学生创新实验项目3次。招收并指导硕士研究生24人，其中14人已获得硕士学位，3人曾获得硕士研究生国家奖学金，2人曾获得湘潭大学研究生校长奖。从2008年起一直从事基于聚多肽（或聚氨基酸）的合成与性能研究。截止到目前已在chem. sci., macromolecules, biomacromolecules, polym. chem., macromol. rapid commun.等国际知名期刊发表sci论文67篇，第一/通讯作者发表论文55篇，被引用~1400次，主持和参与多个省级和国家级科研基金项目。曾担任j. am. chem. soc., chem. commun., macromolecules, biomacromolecules, polym. chem.等期刊审稿人。
