刘泽柯 教授
个人简介:
刘泽柯,苏州大学功能纳米与软物质研究院教授,2011年本科毕业于安徽理工大学;2016年获得苏州大学博士学位,导师为李述汤院士和马万里教授;2015-2016于美国加州伯克利大学进行联合博士培养,导师为美国科学院和美国艺术与科学院两院院士paul alivisatos教授;2017-2019年在美国印第安纳大学伯明顿分校/苏州大学进行博士后研究;2019年7月加入苏州大学功能纳米与软物质研究院工作。主要从事半导体量子点/纳米晶的可控合成及其光电器件应用研究,目前共发表sci论文60余篇,包括以第一作者/通讯作者在nat. energy 1篇,nat. synthesis 1篇,nat. commun. 3篇,j am. chem. soc. 1篇, adv. mater. 4篇,angew. chem. int. ed. 2篇 nano lett. 2篇;授权发明专利9项,担任journal of semiconductors期刊青年编委。
研究方向:
量子点光电转换材料与器件;包括半导体量子点材料的精准合成、有序组装和高性能光电器件的制备(太阳能电池、光电探测器、发光二极管等)。
